Article 1 (Information Processed Within the App)
Note content and drawing data are stored on the user's device. If iCloud Backup is enabled, data is also stored in the user's iCloud associated with their Apple Account. This data is not transmitted to our servers, and we have no access to it.
Article 2 (Information We May Collect or Access)
We may collect or access the following information.
- Email address and inquiry content provided when contacting support
- Diagnostic information (crash logs, OS version, device model, app version, etc.) statistically visible on App Store Connect, if the user has enabled Apple's diagnostic sharing. This does not include directly identifying information such as names or email addresses.
Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
Information defined in Article 1 is processed to provide app functionality. Information defined in Article 2 may be used for responding to inquiries, investigating issues, and improving quality.
Purpose for information defined in Article 1
- Providing core features (note creation, storage, search, export, etc.)
- Providing paid features and verifying purchase entitlement status
Purpose for information defined in Article 2
- Investigating issues, preventing recurrence, and improving app quality
- Responding to user inquiries about the app
- Responding to requests from legal authorities or government agencies with legitimate authority
Article 4 (Third-Party Sharing)
We do not provide personal information collected under the preceding article to third parties, except in the following cases: (1) with user consent; (2) as required by law; (3) when necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent; (4) when cooperation with a national or local government agency performing duties prescribed by law is required.
Note data entered or created by users is stored on the user's device and, if iCloud is enabled, in the user's iCloud associated with their Apple Account. It is not sent to our servers, and we have no access to it. Storage in iCloud and on servers in foreign countries (including the United States) is governed by the agreement between the user and Apple Inc., and we are not involved.
For the provision of paid features, purchase status is verified on the user's device via Apple's App Store/StoreKit system. Credit card numbers and other payment information are collected and managed by Apple Inc.; we do not collect such information.
Article 5 (Tracking Technologies)
This app does not use cookies, IDFA (advertising identifiers), or other tracking technologies for advertising delivery or measurement. This app does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
Our website uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand access patterns. These services may use cookies to collect access information. Information collected is managed in accordance with each service's privacy policy and is not used by us to identify individuals.
Article 6 (Retention, Deletion, and Disclosure Requests)
[Data Retention] Note data is stored on the user's device and in iCloud (if enabled) until deleted by the user. Diagnostic information is subject to Apple's App Analytics retention policy.
[Data Deletion] Users may delete note data at any time through the app. Uninstalling the app from the device also deletes on-device note data. Data in iCloud backup must be deleted separately via iOS Settings.
[Disclosure Requests] To the extent we hold personal information subject to disclosure under applicable law, users may request notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. We will respond in accordance with the law after verifying identity. Note that user note data is stored on the user's device and in the user's own iCloud, to which we have no access; such data is therefore not subject to disclosure by us. Article 7 (Policy Changes)
